Our rooms provide a spacious, comfortable, private and cosy place to stay, and can be booked on a longer term basis, giving

you more flexibility, space and value for money to enjoy your stay in Derbyshire.

In addition, the downstairs rooms can be booked for exclusive use during the daytime if you wish to host a private gathering

for up to 8 guests. The farmhouse sitting room offers a cosy environment for a small family get together and the next door

kitchenette can be used for preparing refreshments. Details of good local caterers can be provided on request.

Accessibility

There are no steps into the downstairs rooms, apart from one very shallow step down into the dining room. The downstairs toilet

has a wide access door.

Please note, however, that all bedrooms are on the first floor of the house and can only be accessed by a rather steep

staircase.
